Live events move fast.
Accessibility should too.

Captions, translated text and speech, interpreter video, and production outputs often arrive through disconnected workflows. 4ALL LIVE coordinates them in one event workspace.

One scan opens captions, translated text, spoken audio, and, when the event supplies an interpreter, a human ASL video view.

Viewer controls

Production confidence

Operators can confirm the source, languages, and destinations before the show starts.

Preflight + confidence preview

Know it’s working before the house lights go down.

Purpose-built desktop apps

Encode sources, monitor signal, and bridge live text into graphics.

Multilingual delivery

Frequently Asked Questions

Do audiences need to install an app?
They scan a QR code and open a web page. No downloads, no accounts, and they can change language and readability instantly.
Is the Free plan time-limited?
No. Free remains $0 and includes 30 transcription minutes, 25K translation characters, and 10K spoken-caption characters each month, within the plan’s event, language, and viewer limits.
How is translation usage measured?
Translation is metered in generated translated characters, not as a flat fee per language. The included monthly character allowance is pooled across the organization and its active target languages.
Do allowances multiply when I add operators?
No. The organization receives one pooled monthly allowance for transcription, translation, spoken captions, and other included usage. Adding seats changes the subscription cost, not the size of those allowances.
What if the network drops?
4ALL LIVE’s cloud workflow depends on connectivity. Plan redundant internet where the event requires it, monitor source and output health, and rehearse a documented recovery path. If a cloud service or connection becomes unavailable, affected caption, translation, or spoken-audio outputs may pause until the path recovers.
How do you handle multiple speakers?
Map microphones to seats such as Podium or Panel 1, auto-switch based on who is speaking, and stamp speaker labels into captions and exports.
Can a remote team control the event?
Secure remote-control links allow authorized operators to switch inputs, go live, adjust displays, debug, and manage outputs with role-based access and audit logs.
What counts as a billable member seat?
Each organization member with dashboard or production access counts as a billable seat. Anonymous attendees and members assigned the viewer-only role are not billable seats.
How does yearly billing work?
Pro is $290 per billable member per year and Scale is $790 per billable member per year. Both save 17% compared with paying monthly, while included usage allowances continue to reset every month.
Do you support broadcast workflows?
Yes. Documented workflows include browser overlays and shared displays, Ross XPression graphics through XPression Bridge, CEA-608/708 insertion through 4ALL Encoder, and local low-latency translated-audio routing through 4ALL Signal. Encoder can send H.264 video over RTMP, RTMPS, Secure Reliable Transport (SRT), or RIST.
